The content of the course is divided into two sites, the cities of Be'er Sheva and Berlin. We were asked to plan residential buildings in the grounds of the Wassermil Stadium in Be'er Sheva, in light of impressions from various residential areas in Berlin, and with reference to the surroundings of the built city.
Although at first glance the area seems completely empty, the surface examination shows natural trails that divide the large area into small sub-plots and hint at the number of users in the different areas.
This examination was used by dividing the area into residential neighbourhoods with different types of building, which differ in the level of privacy that is offered their users.
After analysing the common terrain, each of the team members focused on planning a different type of accommodation.
I focused on planning neighborhood with middle public levels, which have private space but are small and have many common functions.
