The course focused on the question of living in the city, where we were asked to plan an urban residential building on Eilat Street in south Tel Aviv.
One of the most prominent features of the street is the combination of small industrial and workshop buildings and residential buildings and a dense street facade resulting from the location of the buildings on a "zero line".
From my point of view, one of the disadvantages of the street is the lack of use of pedestrians on the street front.
So as a first stage of planning, I sought to 'replace' the workshops at the front of the street in places with a more useful program for pedestrians.
I determined that a large part of the future planned volume  would be devoted to a small industry and would allow the workshops to "move" from the street.
The residential building was also designed to accommodate daily public use and high-density housing. Density that was made possible by planning unique apartments in their form and connecting "like a puzzle."
The uniqueness of the apartments reflects the wide variety of types of apartments.
